A commercial building studied for a Singapore plot, taken from brief to

resolved design over a compressed schedule. The work covered massing,

floor plate planning, core position and facade development, with the

tropical climate setting the terms — shading, orientation and the

depth of the building skin carried more weight than the outline. The

output was a complete design package: plans, elevations, sections and

visualisation, developed to the point where the scheme could be handed

to a consultant team.
