A study in stacking programme on a constrained urban plot — how

residential, commercial and public space share a footprint without

one degrading the others. The scheme treats the ground plane as

public and pushes private programme upward, using the section to give

each use its own access, outlook and noise condition. Density is

handled by distributing open space through the building instead of

consolidating it at podium level.
